Liability Waiver & Media Consent

All participants of BLASTND, LLC activities agree to follow all rules and use their own best judgement to maintain a safe and fun experience for themselves and others. BLASTND, LLC will do their best to ensure a fun and safe experience.
The participants, and the responsible adult for participants, understand that there are some risks inherent with participating in any physical activity and agree to release BLASTND, LLC, or any of their employees and owners, from any injuries, damages, or losses the participants may incur. The participants also agree to not sue or pursue any legal action for any personal losses.
By participating in BLASTND, LLC activities, participants consent that they may be video recorded or have their picture taken and will be used at the discretion of the business. The media content may be used on social media, marketing, or other creative commercial or
non-commercial uses.
